When someone is a novice in computer language why do web sites, help pages, etc, insist on writing everyhting in codes.. I mean if I'm asking a basic question chances are I don't know what any of those initials mean. Is there a place where I can learn the lingo? I have been trying to download oictures and none of the 'help' pages have given me any help
